Les Amis would like to thank Ville Building Inspector François Ouimet for his vigilance regarding the property at 615 chemin du Lac Gauthier.
An official order has been issued to the developer, Placements Jeannot Clément Inc., to “stop the passages you have started without the mandatory permit(s).” This enforcement falls under By-law 2008-(102), article 1745 (Other structures and works authorized on a shoreline).
