Les Amis sent two documents to the Ville regarding the review of the draft master plan:
A 21-page comparative analysis prepared by DKA for Les Amis.
Our analysis uses a simple colour code to illustrate our findings: in green, recommendations that have been addressed; in yellow, those that require increased vigilance in finalizing the urban plan and drafting regulations; and in red, those that have been ignored.
Our main concerns, which reflect those of many citizens, revolve around three inseparable themes:
Density and development;
Environment and natural environments;
Transport and mobility.
