170, chemin Desmarais: Approved by the Ville, this second project will span 16,577 square feet and reach a height of 48 feet (also featuring 12 bedrooms and an elevator). It is likewise classified as a “two-storey” build.
Status: Les Amis sent questions regarding project timelines and building dimensions to owner Joseph Zakher and Ville communications director Mélanie Adam. Mr. Zakher did not reply. For her part, Ms. Adam refused to answer, stating that our questions must be submitted through an access-to-information request.
