“No changes to the current zoning by-law should be made until the Master Plan and all related reports/studies are presented to the citizens of Mont-Tremblant by Alterra Mountain Company (Station Mont-Tremblant), the real estate developer(s), and the Ville de Mont-Tremblant.”

The proposal to increase the maximum height of buildings at Versant Soleil will be discussed at the next council meeting on September 12.
Mr. Mayor, it’s not about one more floor; the population of Mont-Tremblant has the right to know about the Versant Soleil development plan as well as all related reports, studies and documents.
The consequences of the Versant Soleil development plan will be significant on the quality of life in our region; proponents and Alterra must be transparent and allow relevant documentation to be made public.
We must, Mr. Mayor, avoid repeating the mistakes of the past.
